These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the YYC Medical Aesthetics website and the services provided at our clinic located at 1843 Cornerstone Blvd. NE, Calgary, AB. By accessing our website or booking an appointment, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

YYC Medical Aesthetics offers medical aesthetic treatments including but not limited to: neuromodulator injections (Botox), dermal fillers, chemical peels, platelet-rich plasma (PRP) therapy, microneedling, and medical-grade facials. All treatments are performed or supervised by licensed medical professionals.

Our services are elective, cosmetic in nature, and do not constitute emergency medical care. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call 911 or visit your nearest emergency department.

4. Booking, Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Appointments may be booked through our online booking portal or by contacting the clinic directly.

5. Payment & Fees

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept major credit cards, debit, and e-transfer. All prices are in Canadian dollars and are subject to applicable taxes.

Medical aesthetic treatments are generally not covered by provincial health insurance (Alberta Health Care). Patients are responsible for all costs associated with their treatments. Pricing is available upon consultation and is subject to change without notice.

6. Results & No Guarantee

Results from aesthetic treatments vary by individual and are influenced by factors including age, skin type, lifestyle, metabolism, and adherence to aftercare instructions. YYC Medical Aesthetics does not guarantee any specific outcome. Before and after photographs shown on our website or social media represent individual patient results and are not a guarantee of what you will experience.

7. Aftercare Compliance

Optimal results and your safety depend on following post-treatment instructions provided by your provider. YYC Medical Aesthetics is not liable for adverse outcomes resulting from failure to follow aftercare guidelines, including but not limited to sun exposure, strenuous exercise, or use of contraindicated products following treatment.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, YYC Medical Aesthetics and its staff shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or receipt of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from services rendered shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for gross negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
